Féile Damhsa Gaelach Ghort a' Choirce Set Dancing Festival
The Eight Annual Set Dancing Festival organised by Siamsa Altan will be held 17-19 May 2013 in Óstán Loch Altan.

2nd Gallagher Clan Global Gathering
The 2nd Gallagher Global Gathering will be held in Gortahork from 6th-14th September 2013 and it will based here in Óstán Loch Altan. This follows on from the first very successful Gallagher Global Gathering held in September 2007. It is expected that Gallagher’s, those with Gallagher in their family tree and friends will once again come from all over the world to the ancestral homeland of the Gallagher or the Uí Ghallchobhair as they are called.
Accommodation Rates for the Gallagher Clan Global Gathering September 2013
* €45 per person sharing per night to include Full Irish Breakfast for the first 3 nights
* Thereafter the rate is €40pp per night
* 7 nights Bed & Breakfast is €295 per person
Four Course dinner in the Sonas Restaurant is €30 per person from 6.00 to 9.30p.m. daily
There is also an a la carte menu available to be served in the bar, lounge and foyer daily from 12.00 to 9.00p.m.
