| Full Description: | Our client is a Donegal based Food company, they are offering an excellent opportunity to the right candidate to join their company as a Plant Supervisor. The successful candidate will play a key role within the organisation and will report directly to the company’s Processing Plant Manager. The role will be permanent, full time & pensionable, and the successful person will have access to comprehensive internal and external training. Essential criteria: Min of 5 years’ experience in production line management (in the food industry). Excellent knowledge and understanding of food hygiene. Strong management experience in processing and packaging. Hygiene and Quality systems experience. Knowledge of equipment and processes. Time management skills, working to deadlines. Excellent organisational, communication & and reporting skills. Excellent People management skills. Budgeting & Financial acumen. IT Literate. |
