| Full Description: | The successful candidate will report directly to the company’s Plant Manager & HACCP team.His / Her main functions will include:Supervision of the existing Hygiene team, Lead and direct by example all cleaning procedures and ensure all activities are carried out as per company policy, Ensure all equipment is cleaned thoroughly (can involve stripping & rebuilding machinery), Control all cleaning chemicals & equipment, Conduct various inspection and quality check to ensure highest standards pertain at all times, Monitor and control staff time, conduct, attendance & productivity, Applicants should be highly motivated, show initiative and independence with good communication skills to work well within a team environment. In addition to the above criteria, successful candidates should possess: A minimum of two years experience in leading a cleaning / hygiene team ideally within the meat/ food production industry with a strong quality focus, Review hygiene manuals; maintain records/reports and files, An understanding of food microbiology, Good organiser with technical cleaning knowledge and experience with cleaning chemicals, detergents and equipment. This will be an evening shift role Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm. |
