This is their first priority. They will also review applicants with experience of pension plans in Ireland and of other countries. This includes defined benefit, and defined contribution experience. A strong understanding of the pension market along with understanding of large companies and their complex plans (schemes). Requirements: College educated - degree level. 1-3 years of related experience. Ability to understand complex eligibility requirements and make decisions on whether a benefit may be paid. |
